Cooperating with B|H|W| MCI recently financed the construction of 110 Smart City Lofts in the centre of Venlo, The Netherlands, converting the old ABN AMRO regional headquarters into trendy, hip accommodations for high potential starters. Within weeks after the completion all but 3 of the lofts were occupied, securing a stable income stream.
