Remco de Roij
Remco de Roij was born and raised in Maastricht and has a broad background in working with entrepreneurs and wealthy families. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he advised family businesses with a focus on construction and real estate. He then gained extensive experience in various CFO roles in the business world. From that position, his involvement with families continued to grow, including as a single family officer, where trust, continuity and a long-term vision are paramount.
Remco was also active for several years as a partner in M&A, guiding entrepreneurs through strategic acquisitions and sale processes.
Since March 2025, Remco has been a partner at Monitor Capital Investments. Within Monitor, in addition to the family office, he is co-responsible for MCF and Monitor Capital Real Estate, with a clear focus on sustainable value creation and long-term partnerships.
