Michael Verrips is a professional goalkeeper at FCV Dender and also an adviser at the Football Desk of Monitor Capital Investments. During his football career, he experienced at first hand how difficult it can be for players to make sound financial decisions and to surround themselves with the right people. Those experiences formed the basis for setting up Monitor’s football desk, which connects more than twenty years of combined investment knowledge to the reality of professional football.
