Guy Closset
Guy Closset, born in Maastricht, has been a partner at Monitor Capital Finance since June 2025. Guy brings more than twenty years of experience in real estate financing and in structuring bespoke solutions for entrepreneurs and investors.
As a relationship manager he was associated with FGH Bank for many years, after which he was active for years as an intermediary in the field of real estate financing. In that role he gained valuable experience in guiding and financing a wide range of real estate projects and in bringing parties together to arrive at a suitable financing structure.
At Monitor Capital Finance, Guy focuses on realising bridge financing, drawing daily on his extensive network, market knowledge and pragmatic approach to support clients quickly and effectively.
