About the project
Financing the acquisition and redevelopment of the former Saturnus building at Prins Alexanderplein 25–32 in Rotterdam. The project transforms the existing nine-storey office building and adds two extra floors, creating 287 self-contained student studios ranging from 19 m² to 34 m².
